Senior ML Engineer — Endoscopy

The role

You'll own the core of our quantification engine — the system that takes raw endoscopic video from any scope, segments diseased tissue in real time, and outputs an objective, pan-colon severity score. This is the layer above detection, and almost no one is building it.

What you'll do

• Design and ship real-time vision models for severity quantification at the bedside.
• Extend our unsupervised segmentation work toward multimodal inputs — endoscopy, pathology, imaging.
• Build robust inference that runs vendor-agnostic, on real-world clinical video.
• Partner with our KOL medical board to align metrics with trial endpoints.

What you bring

• Strong background in computer vision / medical imaging ML, in research or production.
• Comfort owning models end-to-end, from data to real-time deployment.
• A bias toward measurable impact over novelty for its own sake.
